by the way, I am not forcing people to learn English
顺便说一下，我不是在强迫大家学习英语。
what I am doing is to push people to think whether they need to learn English,to find and clearly understand the motivation.
我正在做的是鼓励大家去思考我们是否有学习英语的需要，去寻找和明确(学习英语的) 动机。
appropriate motivation can make people became incredible aggressive,
正确或合适的动机可以让人变得难以置信的上进。

English is more like a natural resource。
作为中国人，我们喜欢英语是因为它是通向世界这个大宝藏的必经之路，而非英语本身。
