关于仿真枪，我知道美国公司有做从中国进口仿真枪的，
不过是海盗时代那种枪，完全不现代，完全不能开火，
而且，作为装饰品类商品进口的，跟枪，火器什么的没关系。

Federal Gun Control
The first major gun control initiative was enacted by Congress in 1934 which regulated the sale of fully automatic firearms like machine guns. This legislation was followed in 1938 by a new federal law which required gun sellers to be licensed and which prohibited persons convicted of violent felonies from purchasing guns. No further legislation was passed by Congress until 1968. The Gun Control Act of 1968 regulated imported guns, expanded gun-dealer licensing requirements, and expanded the list of persons not eligible to purchase guns to include persons convicted of any non-business related felony, minors, persons found to be mentally incompetent, and users of illegal drugs. In 1986, federal legislation established mandatory penalties for the use of a gun in the commission of a federal crime. Also prohibited were "cop killer" bullets capable of penetrating bulletproof clothing. In 1990, legislation was passed which banned the manufacturing and importation of semi-automatic assault weapons.

In 1994, Congress passed what has been regarded as the most comprehensive effort at national gun control. The "Brady Bill" named for the press aide who was seriously injured in the assassination attempt on President Reagan imposed a five day waiting period for purchasers of handguns and required local law enforcement authorities to conduct background checks of all purchasers. The Supreme Court held that the background check provision was unconstitutional because it infringed on state's rights. Presently, the law has been revised so that the background check is instantly accomplished by gun dealers through a national computer system and there is no longer a waiting period. Also in 1994, Congress passed a ban on certain types of assault weapons. This ban is set to expire in 2004.

Gun Permit Application Procedures

Complete an application; application forms can be picked up or brought back to the sheriff's department any day, Monday-Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm (except holidays).

After completing the front page of the application, be sure you have two references sign the back.  When you finish this, you will need to bring the application back to the Sheriff's Department.  After all record checks have been completed and the application is approved, the final permit can be picked up at the Sheriff's Department Monday-Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm.  When you turn your application in, you will be given a phone number to call back in three to five days to see if your application was approved.

The fee charged by the Sheriff's Department for issuing gun permits is $5.00 each.  You may purchase up to three permits from one application.  This is payable (CASH ONLY) to the Sheriff's Department and is set by state law (G.S. 14-409).  When the permit is picked up at the Sheriff's Department, you will need to have correct change.  If you do not have the correct change, we cannot issue the permit.

Gun permits are issued for the purchase of handguns only.  It does not give you the right to carry the gun concealed.  Carrying a concealed weapon without a CA State Concealed Handgun Permit is against the law (G.S. 14-269).

Gun permits are issued to allow you to purchase handguns for the protection of your home, business or property, to use in target shooting, hunting or collecting.

APPLICATIONS EXPIRE WHEN PERMITS ARE ISSUED.  A NEW APPLICATION IS REQUIRED WHEN APPLYING FOR ANOTHER PERMIT.  PERMITS MUST BE PICKED UP BEFORE 4:30PM AND WITHIN 30 DAYS OF APPROVAL.  AFTER 30 DAYS THE APPLICATION WILL EXPIRE AND YOU WILL NEED TO RE-APPLY.

看起来好像好简单呐，
交5块钱，可以申请3个许可，

许可限购“手枪”，这可能就是火力的限制了吧，

恩，我刚才想作弊，上网查了查，可还真没查出来。

老外的麦当劳，三缄其口，坚决不告诉你他们开除员工的内幕，
中国的麦当劳有很多开除人的个案，都不着边际，什么因为不干活而开除，，不干活，在哪都得开除啊，

看来，还真是独立而重要的一个方面，，

他在学校网站是说，要在学校制造枪击案，杀死最多的人，然后，自己被警察击毙，，，，
