看什么职位了。需要和客户打交道的对英语的要求会高些。但如果是国内的客户的话，也没那么高的要求。
但面试时都会有英语面试的。老外还会从国外打电话过来面试。

This position is responsible for on-site and remote assistance to support and deploy beta programs, recreate customer issues in CA lab environments, and generate references.

Key Responsibilities

•Mentor less experienced architects and lead by example, sharing knowledge of all products and technologies within a Brand.
• Foster key 'Customer Relationships' with household name clients and partners to create CA Reference clients.
• Consult with key clients on technology strategies with a Brand area.
• Provide on-site and remote assistance for alpha and beta programs for the assigned products. Objective is to verify product quality and functionality and secure references for product launch.

Ca的产品很多。网络安全只是很小的一部分。存储备份什么的都有。
